1890’s Bridal Corset
This bridal corset was made as a part of a second year University project. The pattern is drafted from Mandy Barrington’s Stays and Corset book and is constructed from a pastel green duchess satin, with covered bone channels and a busk down the centre front.
Corded Petticoat
This corded petticoat was made as a part of a second year university project. Made from duchess satin, consisting of a corded frill and fifteen rows of cording at the hem.
1874 Horsehair Bustle
The frilled bustle is made from a fine hair canvas and a viscose linen, constructed from five box pleated layers of frills and a waistband.
