UK Shipping:

All my pieces are hand made by me so will take between 4-8 weeks to made and dispatched. All orders are sent with first class tracked postage to ensure nothing gets misplaced.

If you need something made in a shorter time frame this might be possible if we discuss it before the purchase.

International orders:

Please note that shipments outside of the UK may be subject to extra charges such as taxes and import duties. I don’t have control over these charges so they will be your responsibility to pay.

Returns and refunds:

Unfortunately I don’t offer any refunds for my bespoke pieces unless they are faulty or damaged. If there is a problem with the piece you have ordered then this must be returned in the original condition/ packaging it came in without any signs of wear and within 14 days of receiving it.

Returns must be discussed in advance before being sent back. I recommend that you send this with tracked postage and make sure you also retain your proof of postage.

Payments:

No orders can be shipped without the payment being authorised before.

Express dispatch:

Express dispatch only applies to the one item you have selected it under. Any additional items purchased in the same order without any express dispatch applied, will be sent with normal dispatch (4-8 weeks).

Measurements:

You will be liable for the accuracy of your own measurements so make sure you take them a couple of times and check they are correct in relation to the chart (shown on the measurements page). Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding this.

Order cancellations:

Cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of purchasing.

Costume contract:

By placing a bespoke costume order you enter into an agreement outlined below.

All orders cannot be rebuked once the contract has been signed. You, the buyer, are responsible for providing accurate and precise details for the order and are liable for any inaccuracies. No order placed is accepted until it is confirmed via email and we withhold the right to reject any order. We are not liable or in breach of this contract for any delays or issues occurred outside of our remit, including postage delays.
